Quality Assurance

Engineered to the highest standard

Hydrocom aims to provide our cherished clients with the highest standard of professional services. To support this objective, we have introduced an in-house quality assurance system to meet the requirements of the relevant national and international standards.

Our quality policy

Four primary goals

Our quality policy aims at satisfying, among others, the following primary goals.

1

Client satisfaction

Consistent with professional standards and ethics — our clients' satisfaction is the measure of our work.

2

Continuous improvement

We continuously improve our services through process-centered operational refinement.

3

Society & environment

We consider the requirements of society and the environment in everything we deliver.

4

Efficiency

We pursue efficiency in providing our services, delivering value at every stage.

Our commitment

A zero-defect quality goal

We strive to meet our zero-defect quality goal by carrying out preventive quality activities and deploying our quality evaluation system on all our projects. We do this because we believe that client satisfaction — always our top priority — can only be achieved through continuous, process-centered operational improvements.

How it works

The Quality Management cycle

Our primary goals are attained through a continuous Plan–Do–Check–Act cycle that turns client needs into delivered quality.

Project delivery

Every project has a Quality Plan

Based on the elements of quality provision, the management guidance for each project is laid down in a Quality Plan defining:

  • The quality objectives to be attained.
  • The specific allocation of responsibilities and authority during the different phases of a project.
  • The specific procedures, methods, and work instructions to be applied.
  • Suitable inspection, examination, and auditing programmes at appropriate stages.
  • Incorporation of the client's requirements.
  • The method for changes in the quality plan, if required.
  • Any other measures needed to meet the objectives.

Monitored throughout. The implementation of the quality assurance procedures during each assignment is checked and monitored by the Project Manager.
