Statutory registrations

Certifications & registrations

Hydrocom is incorporated and registered in Ghana under the Companies Act, with company registration details available on request for due diligence purposes. The firm holds a current Tax Identification Number (TIN) issued by the Ghana Revenue Authority and is compliant with corporate tax and VAT obligations.

Our commitments

Operating standards

Beyond statutory requirements, Hydrocom upholds rigorous operational standards on every project. We maintain full transparency in project reporting to clients and funders, comply with Ghana Labour Act employment practices, and apply an anti-bribery and corruption policy aligned with international donor requirements. Each project undergoes environmental and social safeguard screening and is managed under health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols on site, alongside equitable subcontractor practices and local sourcing where available.
